Today is Grandma's birthday. Aunt Lue--Lucille Barrett would have been 94.

She was such a great person! Godly, loving, patient, as well as so wise.

I'm thinking about her all week.

Lucille Agatha (Aunt Lue) [nee Rutty] Barrett: Late of 3 Lincoln Road, Franklyn Town. Died on the 6th of October, 2000, leaving children Carmen [my mother, North Miami Beach, Florida], Cherry [Kingston], Valin [Kingston], Nellie [Bronx, New York], and Sonia [Kingston]. 12 grandchildren, 3 great grands, and other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held at Shiloh Apostolic Church, 55A Lyndhurst Road at 11am on Saturday the 14th of October. Interment follows at Meadowcrest Gardens. The Gleaner, Wed., Oct. 11, 2000.
